While in the field, the nursing staff uses point of care devices (laptops) that provide instant access to the patients health care orders.
In January of 1990 Shepard's Crook opened its Borger office. The Borger office is located at 600 S. Cedar. The Borger Office has a staff of six employees including: LVN's, RN's and Physical Therapy Assistants.
The Borger office serves the towns of Stinnett, Fritch, Sanford.
The Borger employees annually have an Adopt a Student Nurse from Frank Phillips College.

The nurses participate in The County Extension and Frank Phillips College Health fair every year. They also partake in Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar monitoring.
Shepard's Helping Hands benefits the public in Borger, Fritch and Stinnett areas.
